A sports physical, also known as a pre-participation physical examination (PPE), is a comprehensive medical assessment.

Our healthcare providers ensure an athlete's readiness to participate in sports activities. The service involves thoroughly evaluating the athlete's medical history, vital signs, musculoskeletal health, and cardiovascular fitness to identify any underlying conditions or potential risks that could affect their safety and performance on the field. These examinations are typically required for school and organized sports participation to promote the well-being of athletes and address any issues before they engage in physical activity.

PREPARE FOR YOUR SPORTS PHYSICAL

Before attending your walk-in sports physical, gather all relevant medical documentation and information, including your medical history, family medical history, previous injuries, and a list of current medications and immunizations. If you’re a minor, bring a parent or guardian with you. Lastly, please complete the following steps before your physical:

Middle & High School Sports Physicals - $75.00
College Sports Physicals - $125.00

BILLING & INSURANCE

We do not bill insurance for sports physicals. Cash, check, or credit card payments are required during your visit.
