Tim Hainey grew up in Vinton, Iowa, and has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 27 years. They have three children, ages 16, 18, and 21. With over 30 years of experience in sales leadership, client management, and business development, Tim brings a strong track record of driving growth and innovation across industries, including insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Known for his competitive drive, integrity, and results-focused leadership, Tim excels at building strong relationships and leading teams to exceed goals. His clear communication and people-first approach have consistently earned the trust of clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys time with his family, motorcycling, camping, reading, and playing tennis and basketball. He also finds meaning in sharing his Bible-based hope for a brighter future.
