BIOGRAPHY

Amanda has practiced medicine for over two decades. After college, she worked in the emergency departments of three local metropolitan hospitals and has now worked at DoctorsNow since 2014. Before becoming a Physician’s Assistant, she was a Certified Child Life Specialist and a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

Amanda is the mother of two adopted children. As they enter adulthood, she is enjoying the opportunity to be not just their mom but their friend, too.
